Cropped Sweater for Jane in Riva

A crop top shape is typically Jane,

But elongated makes it totally Jane….

and technically that makes a crop top no more,

But with Jane it could even hit the floor…

- and please ask no more,

It simply would do it for Jane. 

And if Jane has a train to catch at three, 

to get through what she must by two

Could easily take till three-0-five

- and then she’ll stop for a bucket of  tea -

And step up to the carriage casually,

just as the train pulls out. 

In August 2011, I also made her this Happiness hat in Grace by Lisa Harding, which she was wearing when she called for a visit the other day.  Jane had a terrible 2012 and I am delighted she's still showing up at my house wearing it.
